Jacksons have a fantastic selection of materials, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. My only criticism is that my online orders are often packed with too much plastic. A3 sketch books really don't need to be wrapped, and please keep plastic packaging peanuts and biodegradable packing separate (I had to pick out all the plastic before I could add to the compost)! Otherwise a brilliant store, but please be more eco-minded with the packaging!

Simply outstanding service. I asked to be notified when new stock for Sennelier paints came in. After being notified, I placed an order. Then, a few hours later, I decided I wanted a few more items. They were very responsive, and made the process easy without any confusion or handling charges. From the time I placed my order, to my changes, to it's arrival on my doorstep: less than 28 hours. What is even more remarkable... I live in a remote town in the mountains of northern Georgia, US. I cannot get that fast of service from companies in Atlanta, DC or New York. (granted, that was in part due to the shipping service, but Jackson's chose that service.) Add to it that everything arrived intact, nicely packaged, and with a few extras, it means I'll be coming back. From the highly responsive emails regarding adding to my order, I am sure if anything were wrong or damaged in route, they would address it right away. Thank you for the service.
