I'm in there a few times a week posting packages for my small business, I've gotten to know the staff who are super friendly and helpful! Lovely local Post Office! It's a shame to see negative reviews on here as I know the staff work really hard with long hours. I've regularly witnessed them receive abuse which they react to calmly and that shouldn't be part of the job.
Agree with the majority of reviews here - like the lady below who's birthday card with money went missing, my passport for renewal also failed to arrive when sent off - had awful customer service from one of the two Asian men at the counters on the end who asked what was inside the envelope, and then casually threw it somewhere behind him - Passport office then informed me that they never received it. avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately it's my local post office, but will in future go further afield.
This post office is terrible. The staff are poorly organised and lack necessary social skills to help people. Was stool in the queue for an hour to send a small parcel, no apologies for the long wait and one of the tills shut half way through. The only good thing about this shop is the cold air con. Would not recommend, very rude staff and ridiculous waiting times.
I'm surprised by the negative comments posted here. I've been going to this post office for years and the staff have always been efficient. I see them going through a huge amount of work customer after customer, in a very busy post office. They should not be expected to always smile and look happy to be there/deal with customers from morning to night. They are certainly courteous enough.
Very fast, quick, professional service by quirky friendly staff. Clean kept till and counters. Security guard was alert, the shop floor neat and shelves nicely stocked. Easily accessible entrance, nearby buses and various shops to browse for goodies and stuffs. I had a very good experience and staff have me a happy chirpy feeling as I left the store today thank you.
