Great park, perfect for jogging.. handy that the park has water fountains for my long runs.
Love the downs.. My local park. Recent stories of dogs being poisoned though so taking my pooch for his daily run elsewhere. Can't take chances. Decent park though. Kids bit decent size. Basketball area. Tennis courts to rent. Water fountains and toilets.
I love this patch of green as i grew up near by. Everytime i walk by it brings back such great memories.
I loved the park .also my two dogs as well. Always over the Downs lots of people's with their children & dogs walkers .The park does need a place where you can get a drinks like tea/coffees or something. Year:'s ago their was small canteens near the children play area. Nice to have 1 again. A?.
Well kept and well used. Dogs love it but there is a dog free kids area. Kite flying possible when windy!
