Absolutely amazing arrangements and customer service. I could not have asked for better for my wedding. We had a really particular requirements to have the team use our own vases and create complimentary but differentiated arrangements for each of our tables and the results were just lovely.The team were also amazing at dealing with our changes (one a week before) and were helpful and supportive throughout.

Thank you to the Grace & Thorn team for being absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The flowers and bouquets were absolutely beautiful and the service was nothing short of excellent. We were in touch with other florists before who were rude and let us down badly, but the team at Grace & Thorn were super nice and we can very much recommend them.
Poor customer service. We ordered a bouquet for a client a week in advance expecting it will arrive first thing in the morning. Was very disappointed when the flowers were sent out very late in the evening past office opening hours. Having called the florist I was told it was my fault for not giving them a call and specifying the time of delivery, and that they have sent a bouquet out as soon as it was ready...at night? We had to rearrange delivery for the next day which wasn't ideal at all. Wish I just went for a local florist who is happy to take an order.
