I reviewed the practice three years ago, giving it 2 stars. Since then I've been back three times for different reasons, visiting three different doctors. I must say that every time I was impressed by the improvement of the whole experience.Now I give them 5 stars! Great job!

Very good doctors covering a wide range of fields, they have done a fabulous job and given sound advice for our family for many years. I agree that reception staff should be more helpful and humane at times - after all we go there when patients feel ill and vulnerable. Howver, I feel l that Somerford is trying now to address the booking issues now as they give more options for contact with your GP (phone + online). Many thanks, Somerford Grove!
No, it's not the most beautiful of buildings and yes, the receptionists can be a bit snippy at times, but it has been such a strong source of support for me over the last few years. Particularly Dr Settle, who has always taken a genuine and caring interest in my health. I'm grateful to be a patient here.
I've seen 3 different GPs and a nurse and they have all been lovely, extremely informative and helpful. I've had better advice here than anywhere previously regarding toddler coughs and colds, vaccinations, and contraception, amongst other things.When I needed prescriptions for antibiotics and iron when I was pregnant the surgery rang me the same day to say I could collect or they posted the prescription to me. I also received a text reminder to book my son's flu vaccination. Have found this surgery to be excellent all round, would highly recommend.
