Great staff and extremely helpful. Whenever I go into Hub Velo it is never an issue for any of the staff to help me out. Hub Velo also offer really fun weekend and weekly group rides. Keep up the good work.
Worst service received. Dropped in my rear wheel to have it straightened or you call it trimmed. They said it was going to be done today and will receive a call once its done. So same day no call received. Next day afternoon I have called the shop myself and asked if my wheel was ready and I was told ah yes it was yesterday and nobody bothered to call me. So picked it up and noticed the valve cap is missing so I asked where is it and ask me back what colour do I want?? The one I had on it will be fine. So got that back.Went back home fit the wheel on to the bike now I realize the nut is missing of the valve? I am now worried did they replaced my brand new tube with something else??Spin the wheel still the same no udjustment noticed at all.
Great staff. I went to get a new compression cap and a tub of grease, didn't have the grease but gave me enough in a piece of cardboard to finish the job. Good customer service. Nice shop and bikes there.
Really nice guys. Fixed my bike there and then (having previously been told from another shop that it would be a week wait) and for an unexpectedly good price (had the same thing done a while back and it was a lot more) and they offered me a good price to sort out the brakes so I will go back. Also had a very delicious iced coffee and they have a cool dog
These guys are brilliant. Really looked after me and my trusty old Carlton. Dropped it off this morning and came away with pretty much a brand new bike and ready for the tough winter months ahead! Great work and delivered way more than expected! Guess it pays to be able to appreciate the lesser known works of Toto. :)
