Charissa is very professional, helpful and friendly, but Im not happy with my 12 sessions hair removal on my chin, Im still at the same point I was 1year ago. Maybe the machine isnt good enough but I feel I have wasted my money because now I need to go somewhere else to get it done.
Charissa is the best facial expert I have ever come across in London. She is very professional, detailed, friendly and warm person. I have been going to her every month for the past year and my skin has never been better. The products Environ they use in the salon are high quality, non chemical and actually work! They also sell other organic make up and quality cosmetics. Highly recommend for facials.
Booked through Treatwell for a eye brow shape. The guy at reception was aloof. The eye brow shape was great, no issues. Any card payment under 10 is charged 1 which is pretty steep! So just be aware of that. It visited when it was 30 degrees and it was hotter inside then out so they need to sort the air conditioning out.
this is my first bad review online ever! but i just cant. i had the worse gel nails experience ever, applied so unevenly and rough on the edges - i could have applied them more accurately myself ! the nails have basically started chipping off the day after as well. cant believe i wasted 1 hour of my life and 30 pounds on this
I am a beauty therapist myself and I just wanted to say that I highly recommend this beauty clinic! I have had many treatments here including massage, facials and waxing. I am currently getting laser hair removal here and it is going very well so far. The Environ facials are my favourite! I also love the CACI ultra skin rejuvenation facial! They use high quality brands and their beauty therapists are lovely and very knowledgable!
